Summary: Trust him. Phenomenal quality and craftsmanship. Genuine guy and clearly enjoys what he does. I went to his shop at a recommendation of a friend who has gotten multiple pieces from him. I was planning on just browsing to see if anything jumped out at me in my price range. There were plenty of rings on display to choose from but while I was browsing, Asmar and I got to talking. I described what I was looking for and brought up a few photos of the rings I was interested in (the pinterest I was sent by my now fiance). We ended up printing out a picture of something close to what I wanted and he took notes on the page with the specifications I was looking for. For example, my now fiance is a nurse and I wanted the diamonds bezeled so they would not catch on her gloves if she wore it to work. It looked like a lot of intricate work but I felt like I could trust him and I am incredibly glad I did. Two weeks later he sent me the computer design of the ring to make sure everything looked correct before moving forward. He texted me a few times in the weeks after to keep me updated on the process as well. The turn around time was a lot faster than I thought. I got the ring in under 6 weeks and the final product was better than I had imagined. The gem and gold quality were excellent and I felt like he was just as excited as I was about it. Both times I visited the shop, he had friends and family around and it was nice to receive preemptive congratulations from everyone. He also had a designer ring box with an LED light to shine on the diamond to present it to her in. I really felt like we ended up with the perfect ring for us and I was so excited to show her, I proposed less than two weeks later. After she said yes, it was so heartwarming to hear my partner say "Any ring you would have gotten me would have been special because it would have been from you, but it means so much that I can show off my dream ring." I had been searching for a specific chain for a long time, one that my husband really wanted, until I went to a very familiar jewelry store in Westborough called Asmar. From the moment I walked in, I was very surprised by the wide variety and top-notch quality. All the pieces are beautiful and come in all price ranges and styles, which is wonderful. I was introduced to Asmar Jewelz by a close friend who has been using him for years. Within minutes of being in the showroom, my fiancé and I were warmly welcomed by staff and taken care of. I had a rough idea of what I thought I’d like, but was open to looking at custom pieces on display. Staff was so patient while I browsed what seemed like hundreds of pieces. They listened to my interests and showed me two amazing rings. I had never seen anything like these rings on anyone ever. Truly custom beautiful pieces of art! Once I put them on my finger I knew they were the ones. I was nervous to look at the price tag, but Asmar was beyond fair with prices. After all each piece is custom made, by a family owned business. Customer service and communication were probably the best I’ve ever had, staff is friendly and caring. They listened to concerns and provided guidance when needed. They will work with your price point and you don’t feel pressured into purchasing. Asmar Jewelz is like no other, I will be using them for the rest of my jewelry needs!

Stop searching and just pick up the phone and call Asmar. I had received quotes from two jewelers - one an “exchange” and one that is very popular on social media in Boston. I was hesitant to drive the hour one way to either location without checking somewhere more local first. It was important to me to find someone local that I could trust, build a relationship with and have maintenance done close to home. I found myself searching Google reviews and stumbled across Asmar Jewelz. Instantly Asmar booked me for a private appointment. We spent no less than 3 hours designing and my dream ring and trying on different styles. Not only did he beat both competitors prices, but he also bumped the center stone up 0.5ct without jeopardizing quality. Asmar was always fast to respond, set clear expectations and even finished 1 week early! When I went to go pick up my ring I had the pleasure of meeting his beautiful daughter and wife. They’re not just talented jewelers, incredible business owners but truly wonderful people! I’ve never felt better about supporting a local family business. They even allow you to create a customer profile to store a wishlist so that special someone may have inspiration for future trips 😉. I’m convinced that no one does it better, and Asmar has earned a customer for life! Can’t wait to come back - again and again!
